In Bishkek, Salvagnini equipment has been put into operation: an automated production line S4+P4+MD, a hybrid press brake B3, and a laser cutting machine L3.
The project started back in 2024, but its implementation was delayed for reasons on the customer's side. In large industrial projects, complex situations happen quite often. The Italian Machinery Association adheres to an important rule — to always support the client, whatever the circumstances may be. That is why, despite the delay, IMA accompanied the project at all stages and brought it to the final result. Today, the equipment is fully installed and ready for operation.
Technologically, this is not just a set of machines, but a unified production circuit: the workpiece undergoes punching, bending, and laser cutting without unnecessary transitions between areas. Such a cycle significantly increases the speed of product manufacturing and the accuracy of each part.
